1. Introduction

MarkOps ("we," "us," or "our") operates Agent0 (agent0.markops.ai). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Information you provide

Account information: Name, email address, and profile details when you create an account
Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details
Vault descriptions: Text you provide to the Build Your Second Brain feature to generate your vault structure
Communications: Emails or messages you send to us

Information collected automatically

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service
Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address
Cookies: Session cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
Process transactions and send related information
Generate personalized vault configurations via AI
Send service-related communications (account updates, security alerts)
Respond to your requests and support inquiries
Monitor usage patterns to improve the Service

4. AI Processing

When you use the Build Your Second Brain feature, your description is sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your vault structure. This data is processed according to Anthropic's usage policies. We do not use your input to train AI models. Your vault description is not stored after the generation is complete.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Anthropic (AI processing)
Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
Protection of rights: To protect the rights, safety, or property of MarkOps, our users, or the public
Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Transaction records may be retained for accounting and legal purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data

10. International Users

The Service is hosted in North America. If you access the Service from outside Canada, your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada or the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
