/connect — Bridge Two Domains

Find the unexpected bridge between two topics hiding in your vault.

YouPersonal command. Runs in your Claude Code session when you invoke it directly.

What it does

Reads everything about Topic A and Topic B, maps both neighborhoods, then surfaces the notes, tags, and conceptual overlaps that link them. Good for the moment a shower thought says "wait, is this the same thing as that?"

Use it when two projects feel related but you can't name why, when a new idea echoes something you wrote six months ago, or when you want to cross-pollinate a marketing insight into an ops workflow.

Outputs a structured connection map: direct links, bridge notes, shared patterns, and a plain-language read on what the connection means and what to do with it. Pairs with `trace` (how an idea evolved) and `emerge` (which clusters are ready to become projects).

Build your second brain

Hey, I'm Cortex — Chief of Staff for the team. Ask me anything; I'll handle it or pull in Loom (writing), Radar (growth), Hippocampus (research), Signal (social), Sentinel (ops), or Axon (code review). What's on your mind?
