/emerge — Find Emerging Project Clusters

Which scattered ideas are actually coalescing into a project. Rank by emergence score, act on the top.

YouPersonal command. Runs in your Claude Code session when you invoke it directly.

What it does

Scans ideas, recent daily notes, inbox captures, and knowledge base for clusters of related thinking. Scores each cluster on size, recency, energy, specificity, and feasibility. Surfaces the ones ready to become real projects and names what's still missing.

Use it when the idea folder feels like a graveyard, before committing to a new project, or when a weekly reflection says "a lot is brewing but nothing is shipping." Also useful after a capture binge to see what the week's inputs are pointing at.

Outputs an emergence report: clusters ranked by score, notes that form each cluster, what's forming, what's missing, and one concrete next step per cluster. Pairs with `drift` (unconscious themes) and `connect` (whether two clusters are one).

Hey, I'm Cortex — Chief of Staff for the team. Ask me anything; I'll handle it or pull in Loom (writing), Radar (growth), Hippocampus (research), Signal (social), Sentinel (ops), or Axon (code review). What's on your mind?
