Soul Surgery
Rewrite an agent's voice when the output stops sounding like the role. Four-layer structure, before-and-after, logged.
What it does
Structured diagnosis and rewrite of an agent's `soul.md`. Names what's off (too formal, too sloppy, not opinionated, doesn't sound like the role), quotes the current voice opening, proposes two or three alternatives, then rewrites the full soul while preserving the four-layer structure. Never touches AGENT.md in the same pass.
Use it when an agent's output drifts from its role, when a new agent ships and the voice needs a second take, or when banned-word discipline has slipped. Also use it after a /reflect that flags "Cortex sounded generic this week."
Outputs an updated `soul.md`, a before-and-after diff, a suggested test prompt, and a `CHANGELOG.md` entry with reasoning. Pairs with `skill-evolution` (the skill-layer counterpart) and `writing-skills` (when the fix is actually structural, not voice).
