Universal capture for URLs, tweets, videos, files, and raw ideas. For YouTube and TikTok, it dispatches three parallel agents (extractor, system scanner, people tracker), runs a calibrated hype filter against your skills and operations, and routes only genuinely new ideas into the task pipeline.

Use it any time content lands in the inbox and you want signal extracted, creator profiled, and tasks proposed without the manual triage. Also use it to keep the people graph current automatically.

Outputs a video digest, tweet digest, or article note in the right vault folder, plus optional task proposals and a `people/` file. Pairs with `apify` (extraction layer), `defuddle` (article fallback), and `tasks` (where filtered suggestions land).
