Workflows skills · 14 skills

Workflows are how Agent0 actually runs your day.

These are the slash commands. `/daily`, `/tasks`, `/get-shit-done`, `/sync`, `/tldr`, `/capture`, `/publish`, `/distribute`. Fourteen skills that together define the operating rhythm of a brain built for one person plus seven agents.

Cortex runs most of these. A few are scheduled — Cortex pings your vault three times a day on its own to propose tasks, write the nightly Chronicle, run weekly Mirror reflections, and monthly Compass reviews.

If you are wondering what "using Agent0" actually looks like day to day, this is it. Start here.

/context-presets

Context Presets — Mode Switching

Load the right context for the work at hand, not the whole vault every time.

/daily

/daily — Human + Agent Journal

The anti-idea-leakage system. Brain dump from you, pattern read from me, tasks extracted automatically.

operations·thinking
workflows
/distribute

/distribute — Create Platform-Native Content Versions

One approved article, three platform-native versions. LinkedIn article, X thread, X single.

content·growth
workflows
/get-shit-done

/get-shit-done — Execute Approved Tasks

The execution engine. Reads every task, runs the approved ones, surfaces what needs the human.

operations
workflows
/maintain

/maintain — Vault Cleanup and Connection Pass

Weekly vault cleanup pass. Fixes links, syncs tasks, flags drift, never rewrites content.

operations
workflows
/publish

/publish — Push Content to Platforms

One command ships an approved article to Webflow, verifies it's live, then queues social. Canonical first, always.

operations·content
workflows
/reflect

/reflect — Weekly + Monthly Reflection

Weekly and monthly distill from daily notes. Pattern read, life-balance score, one thing to do differently.

thinking·operations
workflows
/standup

/standup — Cross-Domain Briefing

Cross-domain briefing in one pass. Agent0, day job, content, investments, family, captures. One flagged priority.

operations·thinking
workflows
/sync

/sync — Git Sync + Auto-Merge Agent PRs

Pull agent PRs, auto-merge the safe ones, push local changes. One command, no force pushes, no surprises.

operations
workflows
/tasks

/tasks — Review and Manage Tasks

Review proposed tasks, approve or reject with reasoning, update the kanban, log rejections so the system learns.

operations
workflows
/tldr

/tldr — End-of-Session Vault Update

Close every session. Daily note, tasks, memory, vault nodes, git push. Non-negotiable, not optional.

Questions

Do I need to memorize these commands?
No. Cortex suggests the right workflow based on what you are trying to do. The commands are shortcuts, not requirements.
Can I run these unattended?
Yes. Cortex and Radar run on a schedule when you are away. Everything they do is gated by the Approval Matrix — nothing ships without your sign-off.
