/tldr — End-of-Session Vault Update

Close every session. Daily note, tasks, memory, vault nodes, git push. Non-negotiable, not optional.

Used by 1 agent

What it does

End-of-session routing pass. Writes the Agent Entry to today's daily note, updates task statuses and creates follow-ups, writes to memory for feedback and project changes, updates affected vault nodes (decisions, ideas, people, CHANGELOG), then commits and pushes. Smart routing means it doesn't re-read the whole vault. Session knowledge goes to the right file.

Use it at the end of every session. If Maciek forgets, remind him. Skip the full flow only for sub-five-minute sessions. The Human Entry section of the daily note is never edited.

Outputs an updated daily note, modified task files, memory updates, new or updated vault nodes, a commit, and a push. Finishes with a clean session-closed report. Pairs with `daily` (session opener) and `maintain` (weekly cleanup the nightly tldr feeds).
