What it does

Use it when demo form completion is embarrassing, when a lead magnet underperforms, when sales complains about junk leads from over-asking, or when mobile completion is half of desktop. Also when accessibility is an afterthought and the checklist needs to run.

Outputs a form audit (issue, impact, fix, priority), a recommended form spec, test hypotheses, and the accessibility checklist filled in. Pairs with `signup-flow-cro` (for account creation), `popup-cro` (for forms in modals), and `page-cro` (for the container page).
