SEO Audit

Diagnose why a site isn't ranking. Crawl, index, speed, on-page, content, authority. In that order.

Used by 1 agent

What it does

Systematic SEO audit across five layers: crawlability and indexation, technical foundations, on-page, content quality, authority. Priority order matters. A content rewrite doesn't help a page Google can't crawl. Includes the JavaScript-rendered schema caveat (web_fetch and curl can't see JS-injected JSON-LD) so audits don't produce false negatives.

Use it when traffic drops, when rankings slip, when a Google update hits, when a migration went sideways, or before investing in content or paid. Also use it as a pre-launch check on a new section and as a quarterly health pass on the main money pages.

Outputs a prioritized findings list (issue, severity, impact, fix, effort), a remediation plan by layer, and flags for the issues that need tooling beyond curl (schema, Core Web Vitals, rendered content). Pairs with `schema-markup` (structured data fixes), `ai-seo` (AI-search readiness), and `site-architecture` (when the fix is hierarchy, not on-page).
