Customer Research
Extract signal from transcripts, reviews, and watering holes. Build personas grounded in what customers actually said.
Used by 2 agents
What it does
Two modes: analyze existing research (transcripts, surveys, tickets, NPS, win-loss) or go find it (Reddit, G2, Hacker News, Indie Hackers, app stores). Either way the output is jobs, pains, triggers, desired outcomes, and verbatim quotes with confidence levels attached.
Use it before messaging work, before building personas, when a category feels unclear, or when the team is writing copy based on gut instead of data. Also use it to mine 4-star competitor reviews for the gaps your product can fill.
Outputs a synthesis report with themes ranked by frequency and intensity, a VOC quote bank for copy, JTBD maps, and research-backed personas. Pairs with `copywriting` (uses the verbatims) and `competitor-alternatives` (uses the competitor gaps).
